Choose CAPT Duke. Not every day on the water is perfect. The ocean was too rough, so we fished the Inlet. A wise captain move. The storm out in the Atlantic had the water a bit murky, and the fish were not that cooperative. But, CAPT Duke knows his trade, and we still ended up with a nice haul of blues and mackerel.  Only a captain and crew that know their trade can turn a slow day into a steady day, and a good time had by all.  When I go back to fish the OBX, CAPT Duke is my go to charter.
