If the shortage in stars is due to the booking company keeping a deposit it should not reflect on my company. The Capt. actually stayed longer because you were late out of the kindness of his heart. Also, as far as the confusion for the address, you were sent a confirmation text multiple times with the address in it. He also wanted to shark fish and we were told that that’s not generally produce as many fish and if you wanted to go Spanish mackerel fishing, you can catch a lot more fish and you chose to go shark fishing.
