Captain Blake took us 56 miles out to one of the last remaining oil platforms. Took 3hrs to get out there because the seas were a little rough. Got to our destination, Dan got everything set up and in the water as we arrived. Only there for 20-30 minutes and we hooked into 3 Wahoos. My brother really in a 66in 82lbs and I hooked a 63in 77lbs Wahoo. The third fish in question we never saw. Possibly a large Wahoo or very large shark. All we know is the lure was broken in half. captain cooper and deckhand smiley are the best fishing duo I’ve ever used! it rained all day in high seas yet we still limited out on snapper and caught a mahi tuna! We hooked but lost a very large sailfish that danced on the water for us before pulling the hook. Great fishing and even better memories for me and my two sons.
