Great afternoon but no fish

Great experience from start to finish. Micky and Neil were fantastic and very knowledgable and informative . They went all out to ensure our experience was as good as it can get. We didn’t manage to catch any marlin but we were quite early in the season. We had a strike from a bonito but that fish lived to see another day! Lovely local tips and explanation of the coastline and local villages from Micky. Hope to return in the summer when the season hots up! Thanks again 😊

To spend time in Madeira was a pleasure, and to spend time fishing with Mick and Neil on Flipper II was an even greater pleasure. The boat is well equipped and nothing was too much trouble. Bottom fishing in deep waters was awesome and the fish were biting! We caught eight species in a short time. Taking our days catch to a local restaurant and cooked for supper was a perfect end to the day. A huge thank you to Neil and Mick. We will definately be back soon!

Had a very pleasant morning off Calheta, Madeira. Neil and Mickey tried to put me on some fish, but sometimes they just aren’t having it! We caught a few small Red Snapper and Grouper/Comber. Husband and wife team are very knowledgeable and are great company.  They took us to a restaurant in the marina which grilled one of our snapper for us and it was excellent.
