We had a blast, weather came in and change our original plan of going after some snapper. Instead, we tried for reds, trout, mackerel. Ended up with some Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, couple Bonito. Lost a couple good ones. Overall had a Blast and got to enjoy cooking some delicious fish. Capt Murdoch took care of us for sure.
We arrived early. The captain was already waiting on us. Asked us what we’d like to fish for. It took us to an area where we could catch the fish that we desired. He was spot on with the fish area. We caught our limit. He showed extreme patients with the youngest member of our crew. Who had never been saltwater fishing before.
Rick is a phenomenal fishing guide! Rick had everything hooked, help grab the catch from the water and made the trip memorable! We had 6 people aging from 10-62 our fishing excursion was perfect for all our ages! From catching a shark to Spanish Mackerels - would highly recommend and would book with Rick again! We even brought home dinner with the Spanish Mackerels!!!! Thanks Rich and Alabama Girl Fishing!!!
Captain Rick was an amazing guide and put us on the fish! We didnt go over 3-4 minutes without catching a fish. 3 fish on at the same time most of the time. Will definitely be fishing with Captain Rick again! I highly recommend using Rick. he was very accommodating. He is grest with teaching kids how to catch these fish easily!
Captain Rick was great with our 7 year old daughter. She loved every aspect of the trip and it made her dreams come true. From the netting of the bait fish and shrimp, to the fish we caught to the filleting of the fish at the end. Captain Rick was awesome!
We fished for Spanish mackerel and king there were 3 of us we reeled in 6 kept 4 and had a blast. Went back to the house and cooked it. The captain gave us some shrimp to take home. Rick from Alabama girl fishing boat was a great captain.
