Capt Wood is the best. He put us on fish at our first stop and limited out in approx 3 hours. Box full of trout and redfish. We released multiple flounder and sheepshead. Best part is he is funny and personable…like fishing with a very skilled lbuddy you’ve known for years. Definitely going with him again anytime we are in the area. Thanks to Capt Wood!!!

It was a pleasure meeting Captain Wood and how involved he was with our whole family. He gave my 15 year old son some pointers on how to properly hold the fishing rod to get the best throw out there. We all had a great time and recommend Mr John Wood for a great fishing experience. Very informative on spots to fish at. Capt Wood put us on a bunch of red and black drum right away! It was a horrible day to fish… cold, cloudy very windy and drizzle. With all this… we had 2 anglers and almost limited out on red and black drum. Would recommend him and will book with him again.

The amount of fish we caught was unreal. He knows the area very well and kept us on fish during the entire trip. John was excellent with the kids and made the experience for my 10 years old sons birthday unforgettable. When we book again it will definitely be with John.

Had a great trip w/Capt John. He took the time to get to know us and what kind of trip we were in search of. Once that was out of the way, Capt John took us to a variety of spots and rigged up for different types of fishing. He put us on the fish and added a few pointers here and there.
