Did a 4hr afternoon fishing trip with the Lucky Strike with 10 members, most of whom had never done a fishing charter. 1st Mate was great with the teenagers, answering all their questions and helping them land their first fish. Fishing was a Little slow, only caught 12 Spanish mackerel. Capt Ed tried different locations. We finally had to change plans and look for larger fish. Unfortunately we were unsuccessful We will go out with Lucky Strike again,

Wished we had been informed the fish moved out of the area because of the water temp. Also it would have been nice to know that we had to waist half the trip trying to catch bait when description states bait included/provided. Fish catching area was clean and captain knew his job, the mate on the other hand talked too much about personal business. After fishing for over two hours half of the catch was used for bait and only one small shark was caught. Would have never shelled out $600 plus for... More

Hello, I’m sorry for the confusion. We went stright to the shrimp boat to get live bait. Due to the water temp we had to go further out to catch the fish. We are sorry you didn’t fully enjoy your trip. We appreciate your bussiness and hope to see you next year.
