Originally booked a trip for Cobia, but the weather didn’t want to play along. Capt Doug made it right with plenty of Redfish with other species sprinkled throughout the day. We had a blast! Capt Doug’s boat was comfortable for myself, my brother in law and my father in law. He knew where to find fish and set us up for success. Couldn’t ask for a better day! We were excited to hear that he spends half the year in Florida…you better believe we’ll be calling him when we head there to visit... More

Captain Doug is very knowledgeable about the waters of the Rappahannock, Carrotomen, and Chesapeake Bay. We visited all three on our trip. Unfortunately, the fish just were not biting on this day. We enjoyed Doug’s banter and beautiful day on the river.
