We booked a 1/2 day fishing trip. They did not have bait and didn’t want to stop for bait. Said lures would be fine. when inshore fishing you really need bait. Went out and fished for 45 minutes with no luck so they then decided we may need bait so went back closer to shore to fish for bait then back out to fish so wasted 1/2 of the fishing time gong back and forth because they weren’t prepared. It is important to indicate that we are always very clear with our clients when they book: THE FISH IS NEVER GUARANTEED our person will ALWAYS do his best to get fish for clients.

Normally the afternoon fishing services in a half day are more difficult, for this reason we always indicate that if your desire is to fish in large Mahi mahi, Sailfish or others you must book in the morning and preferably a whole day, which is I “ll guide you. We always speak transparently with clients.

What surprises us the most about your complaint is that you DID FISH, by the way it was the NEEDLE FISH guys and our team did have bait, we know you enjoyed that afternoon fishing and even how you say it on a walk, but we understand that It was not the desired fish for you and it is something that is out of our responsibility and out of our hands, We are a responsible and honest company, therefore we are not going to offer something that we cannot fulfill.

Good family run operation. Unfortunately, Fishingbooker dropped the ball and didn’t pass along our confirmation to boat. We showed up at 7am to fish and Angelica didn’t have our reservation. They were apologetic and accommodated us the next day. Fishingbooker also cancelled a previous trip for no reason. Would recommend booking direct with boat/captain.
