My wife and I decided to get away for the weekend to do some fishing. After looking and looking I came across Capt. Joe and after reading all of the reviews decided that he seemed like a good choice. I was right. We booked an offshore trip but the surf was bad offshore so we just did inshore. We knew coming down that was a possibility so no problem there. We just wanted to fish. Capt. Joe knows his stuff for sure. I loved the fact that it was just him and us on the boat as opposed to a bunch of folks. The fish weren’t biting real well but he still made sure we caught dinner. He was very determined to put us on some fish and we definitely appreciated it. He has himself a nice boat that’s clean, spacious, and maneuverable enough to put you on top of fish in tight areas. I have no reason to ever look anywhere else for future fishing trips. Trust me this guy is cool as hell and genuinely wants to provide you with a great experience. I 100% will fish with Capt. Joe every time we do a fishing trip. Thank you so much Capt. Joe for making sure we had a great time. P.S. you were right about the Sheephead. Delicious!

Trip was great captain Joseph was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Caught lots of fish even though they were not all keeper’s. We had a bullshark stealing some of our catch while we were bringing them in and although I would have liked to had those fish for the cooler seeing the shark up close was a once in a lifetime experience for us and pretty awesome. Definitely recommend captain Joseph / fishing frenzy for any small group looking to have a good time.

We took a morning trip with Captain Joseph. He took us several miles out to try and put us on fish. We were past the red snapper season and one day prior to the trigger fish season. As it goes, we caught several trigger fish that we had to release. Despite that, they put up a good fight. Captain Joseph apologized for not being able to find any vermillion snapper (which were our primary target). Even though we didn’t catch any keepers, we had a good trip and would book with him again. Fishing, as it goes, is never a sure thing and given the Captain’s attempts to find different locations and his knowledge of the situations, we would gladly book with him again.

My wife and I are celebrating our 10 year anniversary when we found captain Joseph. Really laid back and cool guy. Told us up front that the fish weren’t biting in the bag and said he would take us off shore for a bit. After we got to a spot he put us on some mackerel and boy was that a rush. Biggest fish we have ever bought back home were crappie and bass, Not used to the fight of the fish my wife and I both caught some real nice fish. After that we heading in shore where Joseph put us on some nice red fish and again what a rush!!!! 
It was nice with it being just the captain and us on the boat, didn’t feel crowded, made it a real enjoyable trip. We both would Recommend Joseph with fish frenzy.

My family of four booked this deep sea fishing trip. The weather was good, but the Gulf was pretty choppy. Several of us got nauseous, but (thankfully) nobody actually got sick. We caught a fair number of fish (Red Snapper, Triggerfish, Vermillion Snapper, a Spanish Mackerel and some junk fish). We were only able to keep the vermilion and mackerel though. Overall, it was a very fun experience. I recommend this excursion.
