We had an amazing afternoon with Captain Al. He helped us catch plenty of fish to bring home and catered to my 15 year old son who was looking for a big one despite the rough waters. He was knowledgeable and helpful and fun to be around. We also loved being up close with the harbour seals upon returning to shore. Thanks for an amazing experience that we will never forget!

Capt Al came down ill, but set us up with his pal Capt Jesse on the Sea Leggs. This was one of my best fishing trips of all time, and I fish quite a bit at home. I had my 3 boys with me, ages 10, 9, and 6, for a winter salmon trip. started at 33 degrees, but we dressed warm and the 23 Grady kept the wind at bay. the weather was perfect and Capt Jesse had us on fish within 10 minutes. his positivity was great and we ended up catching our limit in no time. alrhough we wete hoping to bring home more fish we had a great day. lots of fish caught. 1 big enough to bring home and also a feast of crab. highlight of the day was an eagle came down and grabbed a red snapper we had to throw back into the water. what a site!! captain Al was a great host!

Al put on quite a fishing show for us today. Boat was very comfortable, and we started catching Coho salmon by 07:30 am. There were a lot of throwbacks due to small fish & various BC rules - but we still wound up with 9 total fish and easily 20+ pounds of gorgeous reddish salmon fillets. Including a chunky 14 pounder. Al had a lot of enthusiasm which my 16 and 13 year olds enjoyed - they are avid fishermen and were very satisfied with the equipment used. He even talks American football an expert... More
