I appologize you feel this way, one of our captains made contact with you guys indicating that your boat was just outside the sea wall but had to get some fish cleaned up so I do apologize for the delay of pick up and getting pushed off the dock. As well as the fact that the reservation was under Rex not your wife’s name so that also caused confusion. But we never take that time away from our customers so you guys were given the full 4 hrs. For the other comments, this was a 4 hr inshore pm trip, with reading the description of the trip that is exactly what you guys were provided. And someone on board even stated that this is exactly what was signed up for. For the first spot you guys fished is where the captain finished his trip off previously and caught some fish there so he wanted to continue on that bit. When referring to our captain “arguing” he made a comment in return after you stated that our company was a “disgrace” and the worst trip you have ever been on and he returned a comment along the lines of not appreciating being called disgraceful and even further offered to take you guys back to the dock with a full refund it was discussed upon everyone and you chose to continue the trip. Further more, at the end of the trip your wife apologized for the misunderstanding and that they all had a great time.

Sorry you feel this way but we are not a “pathetic charter” we strive off ensuring the best overall experience for our customers and have done a very good job at that if you read previous reviews we have around 350+ positive reviews.

And if this was a waste of money in your eyes, the offer was given to return with a full refund.
