We had a great day of fishing with Captain Mike. We starter our day in the flats. The trout were hitting from the very get go, and after about an hour, we had 4 trout and a spanish mackerel. We spent the remainder of the day trying to find some snook and redfish. Plenty of action and got a beauty of a redfish. Captain Mike was fabulous - a great teacher and stays away from overfished areas. I highly recommend this charter!

Had an amazing time with Captain Mike! Before going out we had a list of wants which included going to deep waters, catching grouper for dinner and fighting a shark! Captain Mike made each of those happen! He was very responsive and provided no BS assessments of his we should approach the trip.  This is an annual trip for us and we will be using Big One Charters for a long as he’s accepting clients!

Captain Mike is friedly, knowledgeable, and patient. Our family of five (2 adults and 3 young teens) book a 6 hour tour and caught a variety of different fish in different locations. Was truely and awesome experience. Also has great equipment and a beautiful large boat.

We had the best day with Captain Mike! We caught a massive variety of fish, including a blue crab, puffer, and a fee species of sharks! Mike was very patient, knowledgeable and so fun to spend the day with. We would highly recommend this charter!

There were 6 of us on the boat which was a lot. Mike spent the trip simultaneously bouncing from one to another to another keeping us all happy. You’ll not find a better captain.
