Our Grandson’s Birthday Wish

6 Hour Trip-Salmon Fishing-5:00AM6 adults3 children

Captain Steve and Brad were the best hosts to our venture on the big lake out of Ludington for our grandson’s 10th birthday fishing wish. The Knotty Girl was just the right size for our party which included two young boys and adults. The crew put us on the fish from the start and kept us active with multiple poles simultaneously in play. The crew took the time to interact with the boys talking about the various species of fish caught and types of lures we used. But by far we enjoyed the pure look of joy expressed on the face of our grandson as he landed his 30+ pound Salmon! We’ll surely book with the Knotty Girl again. Papa & Nana

    August fishing trip

    Best charter we've been on our grandson 8year old "Bird" had so much fun, he will be talking about this for months if not until next year when we meet back up with Knotty Girl crew for another charter......yes we had our limit in a few hours and at one point had 4 fish on at one time.   We want to thank captain Steve and first mate Brad for their knowledge such a memorable trip.......top notch all the way......can't say this enough....."thank you"............Steve ,Velda, Bird (Clare)

    Captain Steven and Brad were amazing from the start. By greeting my family which includes a 3 1/2 year old. The boat was so clean. They made sure we caught a lot of fish and the water was so calm. We was so blessed that day. I definitely would recommend you taking his charter again. We are going to book with him again. We live in Florida so Captain Steve is shipping our fish to us. Thank you much for the best trip ever.

    Spring Special-6 hour Morning Trip • 4 adults

    We hit the morning off strong catching 12 of our 15 limit within the first two hours. It was getting hectic on the boat and about the time we turned around to get back to the fish they were biting away! I would recommend this to everybody, they have everything you need on board. Every season I’ll be coming back to fill the freezer. Thanks a lot you guys!

    Family group of 4, for some it was first-time experience on a fishing charter. Steve and Brad were great - skilled, friendly and worked hard to ensure we had a good catch - almost 60 lbs of salmon that gave us all a fun challenge to reel in! This was our 2nd time booking with Knotty Girl, will definitely be returning every year!

    Capt. Steve & 1st mate Brad were great, they got us on some fish quickly and worked their tails off setting up and changng gear throughout the afternoon. I brought my 2 teenage sons & 2 of their friends, everyone reeled in a big King! Great experience for our 1st Ludington charter, thanks again!!
