Captain made sure everyone caught fish today.ย ย Chased red drum at the jetties. Great experience for both novice and experienced fishermen.
We hit the mother load. Jaime, our Captain, gave us an experience we will never forget. If we did not catch fish in one spot, Jaime would move to another. We found our sweet spot to catch oversized reds .It was amazing, as soon as we dropped our lines, a fish bit. We did limit out on reds and had a great time doing it. Jaime adheres strictly to the fishing rules and regulations but still allows everyone to have a great experience. Our family visits Port A twice a year and we will use Reel Addiction fishing from now on. I highly recommend this fishing charter company.

When we got to the ramp there was over a hundred kayak fishermen in the water for a tournament and another tournament going on.ย Captain Jaime said โgonna head south and get away from themโย After a speedy boat ride he pulled into โthe spotโ and we had a trout on with the first cast!ย We were in fish for the next several hours, the captain advising us to keep the best ones and throw the rest back, including a 26 incher. Great morning on the water! A nice limit of trout, a few reds and one black drum. All three of us were new to bay fishing and Jaime was very helpful to show us the proper technique.
