I recently had the pleasure of going on a fishing trip with the Qtours team, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The crew was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure that everyone on board had a great time, whether you were a seasoned angler or a complete beginner.

The boat was well-equipped and comfortable, and the team provided everything we needed, from quality fishing gear to refreshments. We were taken to some prime fishing spots where we caught Mahi Mahi and Tuna the excitement of reeling in our catches was unforgettable.

What stood out was the crew’s hospitality. They were not only professional but also genuinely passionate about fishing, which made the trip even more enjoyable. They shared tips, stories, and insights about the local marine life, making it a truly educational experience.

The highlight of the trip was enjoying the fresh catch right on the boat, prepared to perfection by the crew. It doesn’t get any fresher or tastier than that!

The Captain Saheem, excellent captain, knowledgeable, great conversation, lots of great stories, very accommodating, I have fished a lot in Oman, but have found the captain who is the best, sure highly recommend Captain Saheem. Seen lots of whales this time out. Absolutely fabulous day on the sea chasing dolphins, looking for the tuna.

Quantab is probably more into dolphin watching than into fishing - when we arrived, it took time to sort out who we are and why we are there. The captain we met was not the person I corresponded with and the boat was not the one advertised on the internet, however, the boat was fine and so was the captain. On the internet they advertise that they have live bait, but no- captain said, only in summer. So we trolled with artificial baits. By the way, I booked the trip for 8 people, but there were 4 rods only. To be fair, the captain tried hard. We followed a large school of dolphins (really nice), sea birds - both indicate schools of fish, which are followed by predators that trollers like we are after. He gave an extra half hour - but no catch or bite this time. Overall, fishing is, of course, unpredictable. Yet, I would say based on experience, live bait makes a huge difference, and if you do not have it, you should not advertise that you do.

Great day of fishing! We caught a Tuna, 2 Bonitos, 3 snappers and a barracuda!

The captain was very friendly. I took my two kids who are 4 and 8 yrs old and they had a blast. The weather was nice and the sea was calm
