My son and I decided we would do our first fishing charter this year for his college graduation. Captain Chris was great all the way around. we had hoped to catch some fish for dinner but they just were not biting, which happens. We had a wonderful experience on our fishing charter trip and really appreciated the care and effort put into the day. The owner was personable, kind, and very communicative, making everything easy and enjoyable from start to finish. He worked hard trying different fishing spots to give us the best experience possible. We even caught a couple bluefish and had a great time together as a family. We’d absolutely book another trip again and highly recommend this charter to others.

Captain Chris was helpful, down to earth and personable. He was incredibly accommodating to my wife’s inexperience and my experience in different kinds of fishing. He was a great teacher and helped us understand the fishing, the conditions, and even the culture of the Outer Banks, and never once had a whit of being condescending. All in all, the most genuine fishing guide that I have ever gone out with. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

My group of 3 went out for an early morning 4 hour trip, and had a blast we were targeting Red Drum ! They were not biting but we ended up with 25 stingray , 8 croaker and a shark ! so it was a great trip Captian chris had us on fish all morning ! man! what a great captain! kept us on fish all day, he was more worried about us catching fish and having a good time than a “time limit”. he went above and beyond teaching us how to clean fish, was so personable and all around the BEST fishing experice weve had. if youre lucky enough to be reading this review this is the captain for you!! cant rave enough about our day !!!
