My wife and I booked a charter with Captain Jesse while visiting Grand Cayman during a cruise. He was super accommodating and met us a short walk from the Port. His knowledge of the area was great and he handled his boat well, even in the choppy water. No fish were caught, but that could have been because of the species I chose to target, haha.
