4 of us hit the water on Saturday at 6:30 AM for a 6-hour trip.  My best friend’s son caught his first ocean fish a Shortbill Spearfish. The 2nd up was his dad and he caught his first Blue Marlin (roughly 200 lbs). 3rd up was my wife, she battled 2 shark bits but came up dry. The owner, Brent, was great.  He reached out before we left to be sure we were ready. We had an outstanding day with Rooster and Captain Dan.  These guys were on time and ready to go when we arrived, and they wanted to catch Blue marlin as much as we did - if not more. We caught 2 fish and missed 2 blue Marlin.  It was an amazing experience that the captain and crew made possible.  They were very professional and made all the difference.  Have been on fishing carters before and they are way better than any before.

Dan and Logan were very welcoming guides. They answered many randoms questions and gave us lots of good ideas for other things to do on the island. The boat was very nice and clean as well. We got to see a few whales and tuna. We didn’t catch anything on our trip but Dan and Logan definitely tried their best and taught us a lot about Hawaii sport fishing.
