Joshua, Kevin, and Lobson were great! From catching a big Wahoo 10 minutes after dropping lines, to the best Sashimi I’ve ever had, to landing my first big Sailfish, it was top notch. Shortly after the first sail was released, we had a triple on! Landed two of three and my wife also caught her first Sailfish! It was an exciting day, and the crew made it amazing. We also had 4 kids ranging in age from 5-13 yrs old with us. This crew was amazing with the kids. I was worried a full day trip would be too much for the kids, but the time flew by and they made it the whole time. Will 100% recommend them and will be back.

    First Exposure to Costa Rica Fishing

    3/4 Day Trip • 5 adults

    My group of 9 arrived in Playa Flamingo excited and ready to fish. Thanks to the detailed coordination and great customer service from Debbie of “I Wish I Were Fishing Chaters” we were greeted to a warm welcome and quickly guided to our boats and awaiting captains and crews. After a short ride to the fishing grounds on well equipped vessels our skilled teams on each boat turned our excitement into a day to remember. We caught Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and Sail Fish not counting multiple missed strikes. The added treat… delicious fresh fruit & snacks, cold beverages, great music, and an all day Spinner Dolphin show that was worthy of National Geographic. A safe ride back to the marina with fresh fish fillets in the bag and huge smiles on our faces, completed the day. I recommend giving them a call if you desire a great day of fishing in Costa Rica. I plan to again when I return with that same excitement because they delivered! Thanks Debbie to you and your staff for making our trip one to remember.     Amazing 2 days!

    We did a day offshore and a day inshore and everything was perfect - the boat was fantastic with great equipment, the crew were professional, friendly and couldn’t do enough to both help and make our experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and we caught great Mahi Mahi, Roosterfish and Jack Crevalle. We loved every minute with the crew and on the boat and Debbie made everything smooth and seamless. We will definitely rebook next time we are in Costa Rica and would really recommend.

    got my first mahi

    1/2 day pm • 2 adults

    this was a great esperience, i was fishing 1pm to 5pm, there not that hungry at that time, i didnt touch the reel after 3:30 pm, make sure you let capting know what kind of fishing you want to experience. and i recoment going earlier. that what i will do next time.

    Great crew and great time

    Fished with my 10 yr old and 17 yr old. The captain and crew were fantastic. We requested tuna and sailfish and they put us on both, which were miles apart. The crew was very accommodating and lunch was the best sandwich in the world, lol! Thanks for a great day

    Fish of a lifetime!

    This trip was absolutely amazing. Captain and crew were extremely professional. We went Marlin fishing all day long. We had two hook ups in the morning and then the bite slowed down but just as we were getting close to the end of the trip we hooked into a good one and stuck one! The crew never gave up and they kept working the entire time and gave us some amazing pineapple. Would definitely recommend!
