The Captains Choice trip allows us to choose what type of fishing will be most productive for your trip. We may troll for Kings, Mahi or Spanish. We may bottom fish for a variety of reef species, or we may do a combination of the two types of fishing to give you the experience of each. Please note this is typically not a species specific trip for Amberjack, Grouper or Red Snapper. There are specialized trips for those species. Longer trips allow us to go further out and target larger fish.

On this trip you have the option to enjoy the sunrise on the journey to about 9 miles offshore. You can look forward to Snapper, Grouper, Amberjacks, Triggerfish, and more. This is a bottom fishing trip. Tips are greatly appreciated on each trip!

This is your day!!! On this trip, we can mix some trolling for pelagic fish with bottom reef fishing. If you prefer we can concentrate on what you want to catch. I will go over this with you before the trip and advise you on what's biting the best. Then we will fish accordingly. TIGHT LINES!!!

This full 8-hour bottom fishing trip gives us the time to run farther offshore, fish multiple productive spots, and target some of the Gulf's most sought-after reef species. We will be targeting Red Snapper (seasonal), Grouper (seasonal), Triggerfish, Vermilion Snapper, Amberjack (seasonal), and other hard-fighting bottom species depending on regulations and conditions. With a full day on the water this is the trip to put fish in the box.
