Southport Amberjack Fishing Charters

Get out on the edge of the gulf stream. Lots of tasty bottom fish like Seabass and Snapper. Line screaming Kingfish, jumping Mahi, and Cobia. This is also a great trip to Frying Pan Tower!

Running from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., this trip will see you go 1-20 miles offshore. You and the captain will be targeting sharks, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Cobia, as well as bull Red Drum in the fall. You will just need some snacks and drinks for the trip.

Halfday trolling trip with the option of shark fishing as well. Great trip for kids and families that are just starting out. Typically insore of10 miles but mainly near the beach

Inshore and Offshore-10 mile max (weather permitting and upon guest preference (let us know if you get seasick and we can stay inshore). Kids welcome. Trout, Drum, Seabass, Flounder, White Grunt, Bonito, Spanish, and Cobia are our most popular and routine catches. Travel 30–40 miles offshore and target King Mackerel, Mahi, Cobia, Amberjack, Barracuda, and much more! We can also target bottom fish like Black Bass, Vermillion Snapper, and Grouper. Also a great trip to see the Frying Pan tower! This trip is for 5 people max.

This trip gives you the option to get a little further offshore to target bigger sportfish. Generally, we are fishing between 5 and 25 miles offshore, trolling live bait, or bottom fishing. On this trip, we catch King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Amberjacks, Cobia, Sea Bass, Grouper, and Barracudas.

Join us for 6 hours of fun and adventure. On this trip, we will be trolling for King Mackerel, Barracuda, and Bonito. We will also be Live bait fishing on wrecks for Amberjacks, Cobia, and Gag Grouper. This is an intermediate trip with the possibility of catching fish up to 40 lbs.

Leaving ramp 4am to 7am. Going at least 35 + miles off shore. Fishing around the frying pan tower for grouper/ snapper and gray trigger fish ?. Also fishing some reefs on the way back.
