Mauritius Great Barracuda Fishing Charters

This is a 5-hour trip targeting big game pelagics such as Billfish, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and Tuna. The crew will provide all the fishing gear you need, as well as live bait and lures. There will be soft drinks and water on board, just bring some snacks and sunscreen, and get ready for your newest adventure!

Fishing from 6 am to 6 pm.

This trip gives you a good chance to catch any kind of fish as the fishing grounds are close to shore (fishing starts just 10 minutes after leaving the reef channel). If Skipjack Tuna are around, a freshly caught one will go in the water as live bait and you'll slow-troll (for the big ones) along the first drop off, which goes to about 300' (100m) deep. If there are no signs of bait, you will troll artificial lures in deeper waters (up to over 9000' or 3000m) for Billfish or any other fish.

Come experience the big game fishing that Mauritius is famous for! You can target Marlin, Sailfish, a variety of Tuna, and more. You may keep one fish to bring home with bragging rights! All the gear you need is provided.

Labonne loves customizing his trips to suit his guests needs, so let him know if there's a particular species you'd like to target, or a technique you'd like to try. Generally, you can expect to go after big game such as Mahi Mahi, Marlin, Wahoo, and Tuna. You'll start fishing just minutes after departing the dock. Rods, reels, bait, and tackle are included.

This trip will take about 7 hours in the early morning. Fishing from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., you and the crew will focus on catching various types of Tuna, Bonito, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, and Marlin. Your trip includes all the fishing gear you'll need.

This trip will see you search the nearshore and offshore waters for many different game species. Starting at 6:00 a.m., you and the crew will have a great time chasing various types of Marlin and Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Spearfish, Bonito, Great Barracuda, and more.

During this excursion, you will be targeting a variety of small game fish on medium tackle, the haul of the Tiagra 30 and 50 will get your adrenaline pumping, and you gonna be in strike position. Depending on your request, you can either stand up against the fish or enjoy your fight on our deluxe boïs noir custom-made fighting chair.

Departure times are flexible. In the morning, we start early, so we can potentially catch more fish.
