Tilghman Island Striped Bass Fishing Charters

Join the Captain and his crew and fish the beautiful waters of the Chesapeake Bay. This is a great trip for any angler looking for a proper taste of Chesapeake Bay fishing. You will be targeting Bluefish, Striped Bass, White Perch and many other species.

Full day trips are approximately 8 hours of fishing and includes fishing license, rod, reel, tackle, bait and or lures, fish filleting and packaging. All you need to bring is food and drinks. May 16- December 10 is this years fish season. Limits are set at 1 fish per person 19"-24".

Everyone can join this half-day fishing adventure. Spend your morning trolling mainly around the bay, for such wonderful specimens like Catfish, Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, and your Captain's specialty, Rockfish. Catch a few and have a great time doing it and be back by noon to tell everyone about it.

Capt. will provide your fishing equipment and a lunch package is also available at an additional price. You'll target Black Drum, Striped Bass (Rockfish), Spanish Mackerel, and Bluefish. Keep in mind the captain launches from Edgewater, MD in June, July, Solomon's Island in August and September, and Chesapeake Beach the rest of the season. Get out first thing in the morning and catch the bite of some exciting and delicious fish We will be using live bait on light tackle to catch mainly striped bass. July, August, and September are when Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, and occasional Cobia or Red Drum may be caught in addition to striped bass. Trips may be customized with departure, duration, etc.

This trip is great for doing a little bit of everything. We will start fishing the shallows (tide allowing). Then when the shallow bite dies we will move to deeper waters with the fish. But sometimes that bite will last for quite some time. You will be using all light tackle and lures and we will cover a lot of ground. Everything is provide but food and drinks.

This 8-hour adventure gives you enough time to go after different species, including Spanish Mackerel, Black Drum, Striped Bass, Bluefish, and many more. Just pack some snacks and you're ready to go – your captain takes care of everything else!

This is the most popular trip! We will target species based on what on the crews input and the species available to target. May-June Full day rockfish and speckled trout July-sept - Spanish mackerel , Bluefish, Rockfish, Red Drum and Cobia. Oct- Dec - Best time of year for striped bass action!

Conditions are sensitive but when the stars come together, Maryland is home to some of the best Cobia fishing on the planet. The crew lives for this time of the year. Here’s a summary of a typical day. Depart at first light and run down the bay at blistering speed till you're in the area. You'll get on the front casting deck waiting for the crew to call out a fish. You cast, work the bait, then BAM! Fish on! That’s what sight fishing for giant Cobia, Redfish, and Trout is all about. This is a seasonal 6-hour trip that will put you on the bite of Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish. Trolling is the name of the game, and if you want to switch it up and the weather is good, we can do some bottom fishing for Spot with occasional Perch and Croaker mixed in.
