New York Striped Bass Fishing Charters

Spending 6 hours on the water will give you plenty of time to fill the boat with delicious fish. You'll explore the bays and shallow waters out of New York, barely out of downtown. Yes, these waters – so close to the city – are home to some incredible species. Come and explore them as you bottom fish in the hope of hooking a Striper, Bluefish, Seabass, Weakfish, Scup, and many more to fill the fridge with some tasty fish.

On this trip, you will be able to get your hands on Porgy, Tautog, and other species that are in season and biting. THERE IS A $100 SURCHARGE DUE TO THE INCREASE IN FUEL PRICES.

Fishing for the best option of species to catch for the day. Could be a mixed bag. Mates work for tips, 20% of the fare is customary.

Make the most of the productive waters of the Long Island Sound. Home to incredible game and table fish, you'll head around 10 miles away from the dock, targeting Stripers, Tautog, and Bluefish. Try bottom fishing and jigging to entice the bite, before getting ready for battle, as the fish will try anything to wriggle away from your line. If you get them on the boat, just pop them in the ice box to stay fresh, and you'll be in for a delicious treat at the end of the day.

Light tackle, casting and live bait fly I provide spinning and baitcasting tackle. Fly rodders are welcomed. You will be fishing the back bay and inshore. Single anglers welcomed on this shared trip,

Spend a whole day targeting trophy-sized Stripers! The crew will prepare lots of live bait in advance. If you're interested to see how it's done, get in touch to join them earlier. You'll also target Tautog, Tuna, and Black Seabass.

Full day ocean trip half day fluking then switch gears and target cobia/sharks on bait or bonita under the birds. Each trip unique you never know what you will come across.
