Port St. Joe Black Drum Fishing Charters

If you're looking to spend a day out in the shallows of Florida, this is the trip for you. Go after Redfish, Black Drum, Black Seabass, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Whiting, and other species on this full day trip. The captain will supply all the necessary equipment.

Explore the state waters off the coast of Florida and get ready to target a plethora of inshore and offshore species. You'll head out 9 miles from the coast to catch Cobia, King Mackerel, Red Snapper, and Grouper. You can also fit in some time for bay fishing if you'd like. Here, you'll target Redfish, Trout, and Flounder. You'll be provided with top-notch gear and bait and your fishing license is covered as well. Just pack some drinks, a snack, and sunscreen and get ready to fish!

This trip is a great way for newbies and seasoned anglers alike to experience the best that Port St. Joe's waters have to offer! You'll be fishing on the flats using artificial baits to try and tempt target species such as Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Pompano, and Tripletail. You can choose to cast off using conventional spinning gear or fly fishing equipment. If you're new to fly fishing, Capt. Kevin will happily show you the ropes. All equipment will be provided, as well as your fishing license.

Featured in both Florida Sportsman magazine and Florida Country magazine, Williamson Outfitters is the guide of choice for the Apalachee Bay area! Tripletail, Speckled and White Trout, Redfish, Sheepshead, Flounder, and Black Drum are available year-round. From April to November, there will be plenty of Pompano, Spanish Mackerel, Ladyfish, and sharks. In June, July, and August, you'll have the best chance to reel in trophy-sized Tripletail. Ask about our duck hunts and gator hunts!

On this 8-hour inshore/nearshore trip you will have the opportunity to target species like Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Spanish Mackerel, Black Drum, Sheepshead, Sand Sea Trout, Sea Bass and Mangrove Snapper.

We will target our regular inshore fish such as Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Black Drum, Spanish Mackerel, etc. Seasonal fish we target are Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Pompano, Sheepshead, White Trout, and Whiting! This trip is for 4 people max, with an additional per-person charge after 2 people.

On this trip we can target snapper, tripletail, trout, redfish, flounder, or kingfish. The weather will dictate how close to federal waters (9miles) we can get. The extra time will allow us to go further and allow for more fishing time than a 4 hour trip.

This is a full day trip using live and artificial bait.
