St. Pete Beach Black Drum Fishing Charters

This trip is my personal favorite! A 6-hour trip gives you plenty of time to target multiple species. Our fishery is highly tidal-dependent, and with 6 hours on the water, you'll have much more opportunity to catch the fish of a lifetime! Our main targets are snook, trout, redfish, tarpon, and black drum. During the cooler months, we focus on shallow-water grouper and kingfish. Let's have an amazing trip!

The half-day trip is great when you don't have too much time to spend on the water, but still want to get some serious angling done. You'll be focusing on the inshore waters where the main targets are Redfish, Seatrout, Tarpon (when in season), Snook, Snapper, and others. The price of the trip includes rods, reels, and terminal tackle.

The most popular trip on this charter! On this option, you can target Snook, Redfish, Trout, Cobia, Mangrove Snapper, and more. It's a perfect adventure for novice anglers or families with kids.

You'll be fishing inshore in flats and backwater creeks. Captain Michael offers sight fishing for Redfish and Trout or deeper water fishing for Snapper and Sheepshead. Either way, you'll have a day filled with fish and fun!

Tampa Bay offers a wide variety of species year-round. The time of year and water temperature will dictate what species we target. But some of our regular favorites include Snook, Redfish, and Mackerel. Rods, reels, tackle, and fishing licenses are included in the price of the trip.

This trip is for those of you who do not want to get up early. Half-day trips allow a great opportunity to get out and find some fish while also not spending the entire day on the water. You'll be targeting Redfish, Snook, Spotted Seatrout, Snapper, and Shark (depending on the time of year).

The 1/2 day inshore fishing trip allows serious anglers a great opportunity to experience everything Tampa Bay has to offer. **Please note fish keeping policies below: -CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY snook and redfish -Trout 15-19", 6 fish max per trip. (Over 19" must be released) -Mangrove snapper 12 fish max per trip

Inshore/Nearshore fishing offers a wide variety of species. Your captain will let you know the hot bite for the day. Probably the most popular of all our trips, because of the diversity of the bite and fishing techniques.

The boat's fuel tank is topped off at the start of your trip. Upon return to the marina, you will be charged only for the fuel used during your charter. Bait is $25 per scoop, and we recommend two scoops ($50 total) for a typical trip.
