Valparaiso Bluefish Fishing Charters

This is a long, beautiful day on the water in your choice of the gulf or bay. You will be leaving with dinner flayed and cleaned and smiles on your faces. The catch possibilities vary by season, but you will have a fun day at sea.

This trip is ideal if you are into getting more out of your offshore trip when the weather permits it. Targeted species are Snapper, Amberjack, Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, or Grouper. If we stay inshore, fishing in the flats and surrounding bayous we will target Trout, Redfish, Bluefish, and Skipjack.

A fun and exciting trip that lets you try fishing the grass flats, then bottom fish the bay, and ultimately nearshore wreck for a variety of different fish. This trip is a great way to experience different types of fishing here on the Emerald Coast. Departure time and location may vary based on the time of year, tides, weather, and fishing conditions.The recommended number of guests for this trip is 4, but your captain is willing to accommodate up to 6. Just check with him in advance!

This is Capt. Dalton's most popular trip, where he targets Speckled Trout and Redfish. You can also catch Sheepshead, Flounder, or Bluefish. You will fish with a combination of live bait and artificial bait, depending on the time of year and what is working best. Your captain will clean your catch at the end of the trip if you want to keep fish.

This trip is for the serious group of anglers wanting to spend a good portion of the day on the water. Pack yourself a lunch and enjoy a long day of Destin bay fishing for redfish, speckled trout, mangrove snapper, Spanish mackerel, and many other possible species that roam the local Destin waters.

All day deep sea fishing fun!

Head out for a morning of Redfish and Spotted Seatrout fishing on the Choctawhatchee Bay! You can also hook into Tarpon, Snapper, Bluefish, Ladyfish, and Flounder depending on seasonality. Capt. Joshua brings along all the gear you need for a successful day and provides bottled water and some light snacks.

With this 5 hr shark trip, we'll take a trip across the bay and pass crab island as we head to the jetties or neashore gulf waters to try out hand at a seabeast!! With the opportunity at hand there's no bigger thrill than when that reel starts sounding and the fish of a lifetime is on.... shark!!! With ranging kinds from sandbar, bull, blacktip, spinner, tiger, lemon, and a very occasional hammerhead, you're sure to enjoy the time out on the coast with great scenery and the anticipation of our monster!

On this trip, we will be looking and fishing for Redfish, speckled trout, mangrove snapper and anything else that wants to bite in the crystal clear waters of the Choctawhatchee Bay and Destin Pass. Beautiful water and scenery make for an awesome short boat ride across the bay to our favorite spots! We will mainly be fishing with live bait around bridges, docks, and jetty’s for a good bite.
