Destin Skipjack Fishing Charters

Our most popular trip and the perfect balance of travel time and fishing time. The 8-hour trip allows us to fish multiple offshore spots and target a wider variety of species. We typically troll while running offshore, then spend the majority of the trip bottom fishing productive reefs and structure. Live bait may also be used when available to target larger fish.

8-hour trips give us time to reach areas that aren’t fished often and/or do some trolling, while still getting you back in time to return to your room, freshen up, and enjoy your catch for dinner at a local restaurant.

2hr kids trips are for children 14yr and younger it is a catch and release only trip, we can fish the whole time or look for dolphins part of the trip….

This 4-hour trip out of Destin is perfect for a quick and fun time on the water. We'll stay closer to shore, targeting species like Snapper, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, and more using light tackle and live bait. Great for families and beginners, this trip offers steady action without spending the whole day offshore.

We will slow troll out to some good bottom to fish. We will mainly target Vermilion Snapper and Triggerfish during bottom fishing, and Bonito and Kingfish during trolling. Great for families that want to be on water and catch some lunch or dinner.

What better way to prepare yourself for lunch than by catching it yourself? The seas around Destin have so much to offer, from the inshore Gag Grouper to the nearshore Snapper. Troll around for some larger fish like cobias, king mackerals and little tunas and even an amberjack. Not only will you be catching some fantastic food, but you'll also have great fun, as you come to appreciate why Destin is one of Florida's most popular fishing spots.

If this is your first time on the Gulf of Mexico this might be your trip! We usually don't travel too far from shore, maybe 2-3 miles, trolling along the way for King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, and Bonito...or whatever else you snag! There's always the option to bottom fish where you can hook amberjack, grouper, vermilion snapper, and many others! It's a great time but depending on time of year, you may be limited on what you can keep due to size or season.

We will depart the dock at 6am and troll fish with lines behind the boat. If we hook up y'all take turns reeling them in. This trip is geared for people looking for that first time experience. We typically catch King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, and Bonita. This a a great way to see Holiday Isle and Henderson State Beach from offshore. We will target what is in season. Four hours is not long enough to fish for Red Snapper.
