Fort Lauderdale Cobia Fishing Charters

The departure time on this trip is flexible. You will fish for species like Kingfish, Bonito, Sailfish, Wahoo, Tuna, Shark and Amberjack. All the fishing gear will be provided, just make sure to bring some sun protection, and you're ready for your newest adventure!

These trips can depart at 1:00 or 2:00 in the afternoon and return in 6 hours. You will have plenty of time to try different fishing methods. Troll the reef and try kite fishing. Head up to 20 miles offshore for Mahi Mahi, deep drop for Snapper and Grouper.

This trip will take you to the blue waters, where you will be fishing for Mahi Mahi, Grouper, Snapper, Cobia, Wahoo, Sailfish, Tuna, and whatever else is in season. Drinks, cooler, ice, tackle, and a lot of fun will be provided. You will need to grab your own food with you.

This trip is one of a kind on this special, expansive boat. We fish the patch reefs and wrecks by night, watching the sunset before anchoring up on the fish to dip your tackle in the water and start reeling them in. The waters off Fort Lauderdale are renowned for the range of fish species, but our main targets are the different species of snappers, groupers and jacks which are caught fishing the bottom. Many of the fish are good eating so you might bring home some fresh fish dinner.

A little more time to give you more odds to catch your target species! Fishing methods consist of trolling, kite fishing, deep dropping, sport fishing, deep sea fishing, or bottom fishing. Our main target species are mahi, tuna, wahoo, kingfish, sailfish, swordfish, sharks, snapper, and grouper. You will be fishing offshore on or outside the reef. Make the most of your time in southeast Florida and take advantage of the Gulf Stream's impact on the fishing all day long. Expect some rod-bending action as you target some trophy-sized monsters. Start the day by going after live bait, before heading out to the deep waters and battling it out with some true beasts. You'll have time to troll, bottom fish, jig, kite fish, use popping corks, and even handline, as you seek to land anything from a Cobia to Marlin, Amberjack to Swordfish, Tuna, and many more.

Swordfish is one of the biggest fish native to south Florida and in the world. Right off the coast happens to be home to some of the best swordfishing on the planet. Growing up to 1000 lbs with a 4' Sword bill, the Swordfish trip is an all-or-nothing experience that could result in the fish of a lifetime . Not to mention a pile of delicious Sword steaks. Common bycatch includes Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and Tripletail!

This 6-hour trip adventure will take you to nearshore and offshore fishing grounds, where you can target Snapper, Grouper, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Barracuda, and many other species. All fishing equipment is included in the price. The departure time is at 7:00 a.m.

A 6-hour fishing trip is the best choice and the captain's favorite. It gives you time to adjust your fishing strategy if one type of fishing isn't paying off. This trip is great for all anglers but caters to our more seasoned anglers. Our super grouper trip is 9 hours long and we fish from Fort Lauderdale all the way down to Miami. You can expect to fish depth ranges from 90 feet all the way to 300 feet and on occasion even deeper for deep water grouper.
