Surfside Beach Cobia Fishing Charters

A trip for up to 6 people. No fuel surcharge! The trip departs at 1:00 p.m. You will fish state waters for what is biting, which could be Red Drum (trophy Bull Redfish), Shark, King and Spanish Mackerel, and Cobia (Ling). You will make many stops but stay within the Texas state water boundaries.

A 5-hour fishing trip nearshore for up to 4 anglers. Species targeted will depend on weather and time of year, and may include Kingfish, Snapper, Jack, Redfish, and many more. Price includes fishing gear, live bait, lures, and catch cleaning and filleting. Fuel is included in the pricing, no surprises!

Fishing in sight of land for bigger fish like Shark, Kingfish, Cobia, and Bull Red. These bigger fish trips are plus fuel. We can also fish for smaller fish like Trout, Redfish, Flounder, Sheepshead, and Drum. These smaller fish trips include the fuel cost.

King Mackerel, Red Drum (trophy Bull Red), all species of Shark, Red Snapper (seasonally), and Catfish are just some of the species you might catch on this trip. You could also come across some Spanish Mackerel, Stingray, Ling, and Mahi Mahi on occasion. The captain will do everything possible to fill the cooler with fresh fish for you to take home. Fish cleaning, bait, tackle, fuel, and good times are all included! You'll stay within the 9-mile Texas state water limit.

Texas Fishing Charters offers this 7 hour trip to the offshore state waters, up to 9 nautical miles off the Texas Coast leaving out of Galveston Texas. Again depending on the time of year you can catch different species. Captain Zach is very knowledgeable in catching Kingfish, Spanish Mackeral, Cobia, Tripple Tail, Sharks, Dorado, and various species of Snapper.

All of the captain's trips include fuel, no surprises! This is a nearshore trip. You and the crew will for the most part stay in state waters (inside of 9 miles) and chase oversized Red Drum, Kingfish, Cobia, Snapper, and more. The species are dependent on migratory patterns, weather conditions and federal regulations.

NO FUEL CHARGE & FISH CLEANING INCLUDED. Blue water fishing is our most popular trip. Our 10hr trip targets all the species available on our 6 and 8hr trips (Snapper, Kingfish etc.), around wrecks and rocks. Add'l time permits fishing farther from shore and targeting deep water species and fish surface structure like weedlines, shrimp boats, or buoys when available. This trip provides additional fishing time and a better opportunity to fill limits, catch additional species and upgrade to larger fish.
