Key Largo Dolphin (Mahi Mahi) Fishing Charters

The half day trip can take you to the nearshore waters and the reefs where you can target Mutton Snapper, Red Snapper (regulations permitting), Red and Black Grouper, and other species. Head out and hit the productive nearshore waters and the reefs!

Climb aboard with Captain Pat if you're looking to wet your feet with this introduction to sportfishing down in the beautiful Florida Keys! You'll be fishing aboard Captain Pat's 24 Blazer Bay, a bay boat that is equipped with a 300 HP engine. She is also outfitted with a GPS, Fishfinder, Live Bait Patch reef fishing can hold a lot of different opportunities. Theres Yellow Tail Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Black Grouper, Red Grouper, Gag Grouper, Mutton Snapper, Barracuda, Cero Makeral and many many more!

Have a great time chasing Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, Sailfish, as well as other pelagic species. Fishing is available from the spring through the fall. It's highly likely that all the rods will be hooked up at one time. On this trip, you can head out from 10 all the way to 25 miles off the shore. Use live, rigged, and artificial bait, you can troll, pitch bait, as well as sight fish from the boat's tower. The crew will fillet and bag the catch you choose to keep.

Half-day trips are best suited for reef and wreck fishing with a large variety of fish to catch, including a large variety of Snappers and Groupers, Sharks, Barracudas, and many more species.

Depending on the season and bait patterns we can be fishing around 15-20ft or even up to 70-110 looking for different types of snapper, reef fish and even some sport fish. It can definitely be a fun day of fishing and grocery shopping!
