Punta Arenas Jack Crevalle Fishing Charters

This morning trip consists of 5 hours of fishing for Roosterfish, Snapper, and more. Pineapple and watermelon will be provided, along with everything needed to make a great catch possible.

On this 5-hour fishing trip, your day will be spent inshore fishing for the inshore species of your choice such as Mackerel and the elusive trophy catch, the Roosterfish. Included in your half day charter are fresh fruits, such as watermelon and pineapple, chips, beer, soda, and water. All tackle, bait, and gear will be provided. These trips are strictly non-smoking.

The beauty of fishing out of Jaco is that you don't need to go far for some monster fish. Out of Hermosa and Herradura, you'll discover rich waters just a stone's throw from shore. Head to the Pacific first thing in the morning to take advantage of the cooler water and go after some prized fish. Using live bait, or casting lures like poppers and plugs, you'll go after species like Roosterfish, Jacks, Mackerel, Snapper, Mahi Mahi, and Grouper. Expect an intense battle to get 'em all aboard.

You'll quickly move to the fishing grounds, that are within 15 minutes of the pickup area. You'll mainly target Roosterfish but will chase anything that is biting in the area as well. Usually do some live baiting in the morning, during tide changes and in the afternoon. The rest of the time you can spend having fun looking for fish on top, or targeting them mid-water or on the bottom. You can opt to lunch on a nice beach or eat on the boat while we keep fishing.

This is a morning inshore trip where you'll target Roosterfish, smaller Tuna, Jacks, Snapper, Seabass and whatever else presents itself. You'll head out to coastal water along rock structures and islands with the option of trolling in the open parts as well. This is a great option to get into some fish and not spend the whole day on the water.

Whisper is a 29' Mako center console designed for fishing both inshore and offshore. Designed with comfort while fishing and while cruising to the fishing grounds. Captain Jorge is a highly respected Mahi Mahi fishing Captain. Whisper is equipped with outriggers, downriggers, live bait well, VHF radio, GPS with fish finder, and a sound system. Whisper 29' is located beside Marina Los Suenos in Herradura Bay.

Offshore 5 hours trolling or bottom fishing

In this activity it is possible to catch many large fish; each day has its own challenges, but the biggest challenge will come when you face an enormous fish.
