Orange Beach King Mackerel (Kingfish) Fishing Charters

This trip comes with more emphasis on bottom fishing. We troll with heavy gear on the way out, catching anything from King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, and Blackfin Tuna to Cobia. At the reef, we will drift line and drop line fish for Snapper (including Red Snapper when in season), Amberjack, Trigger and more.

Red Snapper season begins June 1st. Head out on the water and spend 6 hours exploring some of the richest waters around. Captain Alex will make sure you have the trip of a lifetime filled with lots of great memories aboard Miss Carli! You will be bottom fishing for Red Snapper and high speed trolling for King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Wahoo and more! You will also catch the perfect sunset on your ride back to the dock. Please note it's customary to leave a 20% tip for the crew. Let’s go fishing!

On this trip, expect to fish for red snapper first, and then two hook rig fish for vermillion snapper inside 9 miles. Depending on the bite that day , we may also come inside 3 miles to troll and/or livebait for mackerel. We can also shark fish by request! Conditions must be nice for this trip. If its too rough, it will be canceled and you will be offered an inshore trip at the appropriate price. Lets go fishing! 6 hour only offered in AM

Get the best experience we can possibly offer. We will do deep drops for grouper and occasional tilefish. We will also high-speed troll for wahoo and many other species. We will be targeting whatever fish is in season at this time plus some different bonus species! For these long days, you can enjoy the a/c in the cabin or soak up the sun on the back deck. Starting July 4th, they can only be harvested Fridays-Mondays*
