Michigan Sculpin Fishing Charters

No long run times! We'll start fishing within 5 minutes of the dock, so you get 4 hours of fishing and very little chance of seasickness. We fish a very protected portion of Lake Michigan for Salmon and Lake Trout.

This is a standard 5-hour weekday trip Monday-Thursday which is great for any angler no matter the age or expertise. You will be targeting Salmon and Trout on Lake Michigan. We love to bring families on a fishing adventure and are kid-friendly. Our boat is always clean and has a few bathrooms aboard.

Get out on the water first thing and catch the early bite of some of Lake Michigan's most prized species. Spend 4 hours battling it out on these productive waters with 3 kinds of Trout and some strong Coho Salmon. These tough-fighting creatures will make you work hard to fill the boat, making your lunch all the more tasty when you cook it up after the trip. This is a 5 hour trip on beautiful Lake Michigan. You and the crew depart at 5:00 a.m. The species you can target include Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout, Coho Salmon, and Chinook Salmon. The trip price covers all the gear as well as fish cleaning.

This is a great trip for any group that prefers a later departure time. The afternoon trip allows for a little more sleep and time for lunch before the trip begins. It is often a bit warmer temperature as well this time of day. This is a favorite for families with young children.

Fishing Salmon and Lake Trout out of Frankfort/Leland or Grand Traverse Bays. Location determined on season and recent fishing reports. Please note in booking message if you have a particular port you'd like to fish out of.

This fishing trip will start around dawn and is 7 hours dock-to-dock.

This is a hardcore offshore Salmon and Trout fishing trip on Lake Michigan and possibly the Grand River depending on the time of year. While onboard Kingpin you will have a unique opportunity to fish for Salmon and Trout while trolling with big lake tackle. This is the closest thing to deep-sea fishing that you will find in freshwater. Pound for pound King Salmon and Steelhead are some of the hardest fighting sportfish you can battle. This 5-hour morning trip is our most popular option!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and these hungry fish like to agree. We leave the dock early so you will experience the beautiful sunrise on lake Michigan while enjoying an eventful morning on lake Michigan reeling in fish. Fish cleaning is included, so make sure you have a cooler to take home your days catch.
