Copano Bay Redfish Fishing Charters

This awesome 8-hour trip will see you fishing for Trout, Flounder, Black Drum, Redfish, and many other cool species. You can also do some wade fishing, just let the captain know in advance.

Enjoy 6 hours of saltwater fishing on the Texas Gulf Coast, casting your line in bays and flats surrounding Rockport. Capt. David supplies bait, natural and artificial, and quality rods and reels, or you may also bring your own equipment. You will be on the lookout for Black Drum, Redfish, Speckled Trout, and Flounder. The captain will clean and bag your catch at the end of your trip.

A full day trip is the best possible option for experiencing everything the Rockport fishery has to offer. You can target the likes of Redfish, Speckled Trout, and Black Drum in the gorgeous flats and bays. The trip price includes rods, reels, and terminal tackle you'll need for a good time out on the water.

Six hours gives you plenty of time to explore the best spots and go after a bunch of fish. Your main targets for the day will include Redfish, Speckled Trout, and Black Drum. Rods, reels, and terminal tackle are all included, so just make sure to bring food, drinks, and a valid fishing license with you.

Start at 6:30 a.m. and fish for 7 hours.

You'll depart at 6:30 a.m. so you can start fishing by the first light. You can choose wade fishing or fishing from the boat. Your captain recommends you go for wade fishing with lures because it will put you right in the fish environment and it's thrilling to catch a monster so close to you. If you're new to wading, the captain can also teach you how to do it. If you prefer fishing from the boat, however, you're perfectly free to do so.
