Nanaimo Sockeye Salmon Fishing Charters

This is 6-hour fishing trip will see you casting your line exclusively for Salmon. You'll travel only minutes away from your departure point to protected waters that are bustling with a variety of Salmon species. You'll be going after Chinook and Coho varieties, and your captain will make sure you're decked out with top-quality fishing gear to reel them in. Just bring a fishing license.

Our most popular trip and the best chance for your guide to go where he needs to be to maximize our shot at locating and hooking Salmon. We can go a little further to where the bite is on or to change locations if we need to.

A half-day trip is 5 hours. The 1 person rate is $775.00 CDN funds plus 5% GST. Not included is a $15 printed B.C. tidal water fishing license required by all on board. Early start times are beneficial when fishing for Salmon. 6,7&8 hour trips are all options. Each extra hour is $155.00. Fishing many locations longer boat rides are @ times required based on the Salmon present. A detailed/honest fish, weather & safety report is part of every trip for all guests. A daily plan is key to consistent results.

Located a short distance outside Downtown Vancouver. We can offer more fishing and less cruising to the prime fishing destinations...allowing you more opportunity to fish and bask in the amazing scenery. We want you to have the best experience you can and therefore we don't offer a set departure time and instead customize it around you and the fish to anticipate the prime 'BITE' of the day... The morning is always the best time. The departure time and duration can vary after we discuss the options.

You'll fish in British Columbia, Canada on Vancouver Island. You'll start in Port Alberni and head out to the fishing grounds of Barkley sound for Salmon. The captain will provide your fishing equipment, while you need to bring your fishing license, snacks, and drinks.

This is a half-day trip taking you out first thing in the morning – or later if you prefer. You'll spend 5 hours on the water, going after prized Salmon species, that you can take home for a tasty treat. Please note, the charter price is for 2 people. One more can be added for an additional $125.
