Oregon Sockeye Salmon Fishing Charters

If you want to experience the best that the waters of Astoria have to offer, and meet some new buddies at the same time, then this shared adventure offers the best of both worlds! You'll spend plenty of time out on the water, hooking into a variety of Salmon species, Kokanee, Steelhead, Sturgeon, and whatever else is biting, and will also have the chance to socialize with your fellow anglers as you cast off. Your captain will provide rods, reels, bait, and tackle, so all you need to bring is a license.

Spend a day on beautiful lakes of Oregon and target Kokanee and Trout. Mainly using light tackle, you'll target these fish with the assistance of Capt. Jeff. These trips are great even for beginners, so you can use them as an opportunity to learn something new. Purchase your fishing license on time and prepare your food and drinks for the day.

You'll spend your day in one of Oregon's clear lakes, targeting Kokanee. The captain mostly uses light tackle and fresh anchovies as bait. Your fishing equipment is completely covered, you only need to bring your snacks and drinks. Purchase your fishing license before the trip.

Coho and Chinook. We fish out of Astoria and Garibaldi areas, both river/bay and offshore-in the salt!

Sockeye, and Steelhead opens on June 16 and is scheduled thru July.

Full-day fishing trips will be 8hrs long starting when the lines hit the water. Book a trip with at least 3 of your closest fishing friends and I'll hold the other seat for free! I have all the essential fishing utensils at your convenience!

On this trip we are going for Salmon, Steelhead, and Sockeye.

This Sockeye trip is located in Brewster, Washington in July and early August.

Odell Lake kokanee and lake trout trips are offered mid May-August. We are allowed 25 fish limit. We use jigging techniques early in the season and then switch to trolling with downriggers primarily to target these fish.
