Grand Isle Sheepshead Fishing Charters

We will target speckled trout, redfish, sheepshead, drum and any species in season at the time of the trip. Morning trips will depart around 5:30am depending on circumstances that day. Afternoon trips will depart around 1pm depending on circumstances that day.

On this great trip, you will be catching Speckled Trout, Redfish, and Black Drum mostly. Captain Chris will supply the poles, bait, tackle and clean the fish at the end of your trip.

This is a 6 to 7-hour long trip that will see you fishing the inshore waters of Grand Isle, Elmer's Island, or the reefs just west of Venice for a variety of species. You can target Spotted Seatrout, Redfish, Black Drum, and Sheepshead. We are a full-time charter service whose only job is taking you fishing. We try to always have live bait available. Trips booked through this service do not include live bait, it is available at a cost of .30 apiece. We suggest 40 pieces of bait per person.

If you want drag-pulling action from big Redfish in the Louisiana delta, this is the trip for you. We target redfish, and also speckled trout as long as the weather permits for trout. I target big fish and like to conserve our resources. Up to 2 people, $800. 3 people, $900.

This amazing morning trip will take you fishing the bays and bayous of Jean Lafitte only 40 minutes from New Orleans. You'll be chasing Redfish, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and Speckled Trout. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife, from alligators to a variety of local birds.

Depending on the tide, you'll spend at least 6 hours on the water. If there's a lot of action, you can stay out longer, but there's usually no need for you to do so. You'll stay inshore along the productive shallow waters of the bays and bayous of southern Louisiana. Try your hand at casting, bottom fishing, popping, among others, as you seek to test your skills against a range of exciting and delicious fish. From Flounder to Redfish, Sheepshead to Speckled Trout, there's no end to what you can catch.

These shallow waters are home to a range of tough-fighting and tasty fish, so get your fish on as you use light tackle and jig, spin, and even use some popping corks to lure their bite. Fight it out with Sheepshead, Redfish, Trout, and many more to take home.

Captain Christian takes you on a 7- hour fun fishing trip to Lafitte rich inshore grounds. You'll start the trip at 6:30 a.m. and return to the dock at 1:30 p.m. The species you'll be going after include Sheepshead, Flounder, Speckled Trout, Redfish, and Black Drum.
