Hampton Sheepshead Fishing Charters

Want to sleep in a bit this trip may be for you! This trip takes advantage of the middle part of the day. These trips start at 9am-3pm or 10am till 4pm. Species targeted will be Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, sheepshead, flounder, spadefish or Red/ black Drum. Have young children we can mix it up with some fast action bottom fish on a reef, your trip, you decide. We prefer cash as payment but will accept Venmo, Cash APP or Zelle. Mate works for tips only and 20% is customary.

On this 4-person 6-hour fishing trip, we will bottom fish reefs and primarily target Tautog in the Cape Charles/Kiptopeke area. Possible bycatch depending on the time of year: Puppy Drum, Sheepshead, Black Seabass, and Flounder. The crew provides everything you need except snacks and drinks. New to fishing? No worries, the crew will help you with everything you need to know to land the big one!

These extended trips are 25 to 30 miles from Rudee Inlet on Payback and are dedicated to finding more fish than you have ever caught before! You will catch several different species using a variety of bottom fishing techniques including black seabass, flounder, spadefish, and triggers while also looking for topwater Mahi, Cobia and others on the fly.

Our full-day trip is 8+ hours tailored to your wants we can sight fish all day or troll for Spanish Mackerel or Spadefish or catch Sheepshead on the reefs.
