Sanibel Mangrove Snapper Fishing Charters

If you're looking for something longer than the regular half day trip, this might be just what you need. This will leave you with more time for fishing or going further out to the wrecks and reefs if that's what you want. Expect to fish for Redfish, Snook, Trout, Sheepshead, Snapper, and many more. Bait, tackle, and a cooler with ice and bottled waters are all included. Bring some snacks and drinks, polarized sunglasses, and sunscreen (just make sure to bring lotion/roll-on and not spray-type sunscreen).

This is an extended version of our 8 hr trip! We focus on targeting the coveted Red Grouper. These bottom dwellers, nicknamed the "firetruck", live up to their name! They hit hard and pack a punch! You go toe to toe with them as they do everything they can to get back to their hole. We like to call it the 10 ft tug of war.. With a couple more hours on the water, you can hit a greater range of habitats to target an even more diverse range of species. Alternatively, you can head straight to the most productive areas around and fill the boat with enough fish to feed an army.

At 6 hours long, a 3/4 day trip offers enough time to do it all! An inshore fishing trip means visiting fishing holes such as mangrove islands, oyster bars, docks, and passes, while occasionally venturing out into the gulf to fish the beaches. Catches can include Snook, Tripletail, Redfish, Seatrout, Tarpon, Mangrove Snapper, Jacks, Spanish Mackerel, Sharks and more!

Spending more time on the water means you'll be there during the tides and ready for the fish rush hour. Use this to catch different species or test out which technique works best. Target Redfish, Trout, Snook, Tarpon, Permit, and more. A $50 pick-up fee is required for trips leaving out of Captiva or North Captiva Islands.

Enjoy 6 hours of inshore fishing and go after your favorite species. Check with Capt. Ben about the season's details and what species are currently being targeted. You'll start the trip at 8:00 a.m. It includes everything you need for a great fishing experience, just remember to bring some snacks or a packed lunch.

Spend 6 hours on this trip exploring the inshore waters and flats, targeting Redfish, Snook, Snapper, and more. Every trip includes the use of rods, reels, tackle, live bait and lures, water, ice, and fishing license.

We will be utilizing live bait and/or natural bait. On flats, oyster bars, docks, mangroves, other structures, and passes. A maximum of six people are allowed on this trip.

Whether you’re looking to just get out on the water and catch fish or take home fish for dinner, we can do it all. In the spring through summer months our inshore fishing charters will be primarily targeting snook, tarpon, redfish, and trout. In the fall the redfish fishing heats up and we shift to targeting them on oyster bars and flats! In the winter time we will be targeting sheepshead, trout and snapper. 1-4 people.
