The Salty Goat is a 50' Markley commercial USCG-inspected vessel, powered by a turbo diesel 400 HP Cummins engine. With the private charter you will have the entire vessel to yourself.

Come and discover the Florida Keys' rich fisheries in style. Head up to 17 miles offshore in search of some exciting and delicious fish. You'll troll the open waters, bottom fish the reefs, and you can even try your hand at spearfishing if you have your own gear. This all-encompassing trip will have you going after Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, King Mackerel, Blackfin Tuna, Grouper, Snappers, and even Sharks among more. Prepare for an exhilarating experience, and take advantage of the complimentary lunch.

This trip will give you a taste of reef fishing for snapper and trolling the deep blue water offshore for Mahi, Wahoo or any other pelagic species that we can hook into. We will spend 2 to 2 1/2 hours fishing the reef before we head offshore to troll for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. The trip will be a total of 6 hours dock to dock.

This trip gives you the extra time sometimes making the difference from a good day to a great day. Allowing the Capt to visit different spot further from Key West that other wise would have time to reach. Also with the time you have the ability to take your time at fishing and try different techniques such as live bait or artificial lures.
