Long Beach Spanish Mackerel Fishing Charters

Give yourself a couple of extra hours on the water to explore a few different spots and pull even more fish onto the boat! Aside from the inshore species that roam these waters, you'll also get your hands on deeper dwellers including Red fish ,Cobia, Kingfish, and more. Capt. Chris provides all the gear you need for a successful day. Pack any drinks and snacks you'd like to enjoy and you're all set!

Timing is the essence of this trip. With it you can expect to make a quick run nearshore to work shallow flats and sandy ledges or hop along the inshore reefs casting bait at a variety of structures. Expect to catch Speckled Trout, White Trout, Redfish, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and Flounder. Fill the box with fish and be home in time to cook them for lunch!

If you want to catch that morning bite, and spend a few more hours on the nearshore waters out of Mississippi, this is the trip for you! We're after Speckled Trout, Redfish, Flounder, TripleTail and Shark. The fishing equipment will be provided for you on board. All you need to bring is some sunscreen, some food and drinks, and off you go!

This trip includes fishing inshore structure inside the barrier islands. We will target Speckled Trout, Redfish, Black Drum, Sheepshead, White Trout and Ground Mullet to name a few. Species will depend on time of year and feeding patterns.

Near Shore / Off Shore Captain Ben takes you on a fun and enjoyable fishing trip that will last for 4 hours. Fishing Nearshore or Off Shore, you can expect to chase Red-fish, Mackerel, White and Speckle Trout as well other species 'When In Season.' The time of year determines which species is targeted for the day. The start time is negotiable, feel free to get in touch with the Captain and discuss any questions you may have.

On this excursion, you'll be casting a line either inshore or offshore, depending on where the fish are. Targeting Bull Redfish, Sharks, Jack Crevalle, Mackerel, Cobia, and more. Trolling and bottom fishing are the most commonly used techniques.

On this trip we will make a short run from the dock to target Speckled Trout, Redfish, Sheepshead, Flounder, and White Trout. (Weather permitting) we may run up to 10 miles offshore looking for Bull Redfish, Jack Crevalle, Cobia and Sharks depending on the time of the year.

Trip for 1 to 4 passengers.

The 6-hour fishing trip is a great way to target popular gamefish and take in the natural beauty of those environments at the same time. Most of our nearshore reefs can host many different species. Fishing at the barrier islands is usually a shallow-water affair targeting speckled trout, redfish, white trout, flounder, and sometimes sharks on the sea grass flats and in the saltwater marshes. In the cooler months, we will often remain inshore in our bays and bayous as many fish migrate inshore seasonally.

Come explore the beautiful Mississippi Barrier islands. Our islands provide a beautiful get away that are abundant in marine life.
