Choose an 8 hr near shore trip. We stay within 30 miles of shore. We keep our plans dynamic to adapt to conditions. On summer days we might find some structure that is holding mahi. We might see a bird play marking tuna or bluefish. 8 hours is enough time to target some larger species. I’m trained to bend the rods and versatile enough to develop a game plan based on current conditions.

Amazing morning fishing on the Hook ‘n Cook! The crew were extremely knowledgeable and helpful the entire trip. We had great success and ton of fun catching Tautog. Highly recommend.
Booked with Captain Mark through the site. Had a great time. Nice boat. Very stable. Air-conditioned cabin. I’m 6’4” and I could stand to use the head no problem. Great first mate Joe. Four of us went and each caught between four or five fish. Total of 23 on a 4 hour trip. Had a great day on the water. Highly recommend.
What a great experience for our whole family (mom, dad and two girls 15 & 12). Joe and Joe were so great. So much fun. And even though two of us were sick (listen to what Joe tells you. Take the Dramamine!) we had a great time.
And we are about to have our catch for supper!!!
If you are on the fence, BOOK it! The trip was great, the captain and first mate were super attentive and we caught a ton of fish. I’m already looking forward to shark fishing next summer!
We had a great time finishing with Joe and Joe. They had a lot of bait and were constantly adding bait to the hooks and taking off fish. They were very knowledgeable and even cleaned the fish at the end, worth the price!
