Blue fin tuna ranging from 60lb - 1000+ lbs live in our local waters off Long Island. Depending on the time of year and what bait these fish are esting may change how we fish for them. Trolling, vertical jigging, and top water poppers have all been very effective.

Our Canyon Tuna trips are world-class. We will travel up to 100 miles offshore to our deep northeast canyons. We will target Tuna consisting of Bigeye, Yellowfin Longfin, Skipjack, and the occasional Sailfish and Marlin. We will also deep drop for Tilefish, a great experience and delicious table fare. These trips are long-range overnight, typically 32–36 hours.

From June - September we have a great mid shore pelagic run. The tuna fishery has gotten better the past few years with GIANT Tuna being caught all summer mixed with all species of tuna. We can Jig/pop/troll/live line for tuna. While out there the tuna frequently feed with the whales, sharks and dolphins.
