South Africa Yellowfin Tuna Fishing Charters

We will set off in the early morning to up to about 20 miles offshore maximum in search of the Tuna species that the Cape Has to offer.

Fishing Permits are compulsory for everyone ages 12 and up. The kids will be spoiled with a wide variety of interesting choices of fish to catch in the productive Durban Harbour. They'll get a short tour of the boat's operations and learn all the basics of fishing from the experienced and friendly crew members of Aqua Nautical Adventures. Please note, this charter accommodates a maximum of 8 anglers per trip.

Target massive Yellowfin Tuna and other Tuna species like Longfin/Albacore, Bigeye, Skipjack, and Bonito, as well as Dorado/Mahi Mahi. En-route to the Tuna fishing grounds, there is also a good chance of catching Yellowtail Kingfish! We can accommodate up to 4 guests fishing but recommend 3 for the most comfort! Spearfishers bringing their own equipment can also be accommodated by prior arrangement.

You and the crew will meet at the launch site at 5:30 a.m. You will launch at 6:00 a.m. and return at 14:00 p.m. Enjoy an 8-hour offshore adventure as you chase species such as Blue Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Big Trevally, and Wahoo.

Deep sea -R12000 for the boat This is a 10-hour trip all-inclusive of bait, tackle, equipment, and deck hand. Bottom fishing and trolling in season. Max 7 people

Here we go and find some different types of gamefish. One full day of catching as many as are allowed.

We will be fishing around Cape Point (Cape of Good hope) or towards Seal island depending on the current catches and prevailing weather conditions. During these trips we will start the day off targeting pelagic's like Yellowtail, Bonito and Snoek, reef fishing for a variety of species is also an option when the pelagic's go off the bite

Boat Nakupenda will be searching the deep waters off of Cape Point for Yellowfin Tuna on troll and on bait.

Head out to the warm water current off the African coastline in search of monsters of the deep! Yellowfin Tuna,Big eyed Tuna and Skipjack Tuna are common. Dorado or Mahi Mahi also are on offer and of course the Big blue and black Marlins call this place home. We know where to find them!!
