Island Park Weakfish Fishing Charters

Spending 6 hours on the water will give you plenty of time to fill the boat with delicious fish. You'll explore the bays and shallow waters out of New York, barely out of downtown. Yes, these waters – so close to the city – are home to some incredible species. Come and explore them as you bottom fish in the hope of hooking a Striper, Bluefish, Seabass, Weakfish, Scup, and many more to fill the fridge with some tasty fish.

The Striped Bass run starts in early April and continues until late June or early July. They return for the fantastic fall run in mid-October. Additionally, you can chase Bluefish to 20 lb, Fluke (Flounder), Sea Bass, and Porgy through the summer.

Spend a productive afternoon targeting the likes Striped Bass, Black Seabass, and Flounder in Babylon's productive waters! No need to worry about gear – Capt. Greg brings along everything you need for a successful day. Pack enough drinks and snacks to keep you going and you're all set!

This trip will target Flounders, Black Seabass, Porgies, Bluefish, Weakfish, Sea Robbins, and Triggerfish. You will be provided with rods and reels, while lures are available for an extra fee for rent.

Fishing for the best option of species to catch for the day. Could be a mixed bag. Mates work for tips, 20% of the fare is customary.

We will be checking out some near shore reef and wrecks looking for whatever is in season!! You could expect to catch Black Seabass, Porgy, Bluefish, Fluke, Etc. Never know what we can find depending on the time of year! This trip is for 4 people

The crew is prepared to jig chunk troll or cast at Striped Bass. A lot of times it's able to get the live bait and always has it on the ready as well. The main body of water you'll be fishing is the Raritan Bay, a place of some of the best Striped Bass fishing in the world. What the crew thrives on is the possibility of being able to target the same species of fish but in multiple different ways. Your crew will give you the best experience it can!

Great for guests who want to spend a few extra hours on the water. These trips also provide the time flexibility to extend our fishing range. Summer flounder (fluke) are our primary target but we always carry all the tackle and gear aboard to pivot to striped bass, bluefish, weakfish, false albacore, and bonito if the opportunity presents itself.
