Appreciate Andrew honoring our request to cast for red fish. He was skeptical given the time of year and water temp, but proceeded. He went to 2 different spots looking for the live bait then went to the first spot. We ended up catching 8 redfish among several other species. Fun time until Mother Nature forced us to the dock early. Thank You

This is our 2nd trip with Captain David and again, he didn’t disappoint.  Instead of bay fishing, “we” decided to go out in the big water…lol…needless to say this trip will be a very memorable one!..😉😉.....We all caught fish and plan to take them to Dewey’s to be cooked….Cant wait to see yall next year!

Only caught one fish. But we had a great time. Captain Jordan is a great captain. Worked hard to get us opportunities to catch fish. They just weren’t biting.

We had trouble getting bait in the morning and the winds were too bad to get out into the Gulf. But they worked with us and we were able to come later and fish. The weather was still too bad and we had to stay close to the shore, but Andrew and his boss had spent time earlier catching bait for us. The boys all caught fish and I finally did right at the end (mine was the biggest 31” to the boys’ 29”) we couldn’t keep anything, they were either too small or too big, lol! Captain Andrew was very patient with the boys- who kept reeling in their lines over and over again. And Captain Andrew kept casting the line back out for them over and over, again and again. He answered all kids questions, was very friendly and knowledgeable about area and fishing in Destin. We had family friends book with a different charter and they didn’t have a good time, said that their captain was stand-offish, didn’t seem to know where to catch fish and didn’t interact with the kids. So glad that we went with Soggy Bottom and had Captain Andrew- he made it worth it. Thanks Andrew!! And I hope you boss is enjoying his new born Twins!!
