After a bit of a rough start to the booking, original boat wasn’t available. Ended up on a bigger much nicer boat than originally booked. We ended up catching 7 fish total.

Went out on the My Marlin, not the boat shown. Good captain (Steve) and his son was the first mate. Made it out to the Marietas Islands. Caught 14 Bonito and the Mackerel. Good day out.

We had a great time with captain Cesar and crew. Caught 40+ bonita in a few hours. Only thing that threw me off was that the crew pulled me aside and said “are you happy? Well you need to tip me and all my crew to make us happy too” …. Kind of off-putting.

The crew was fun and friendly, it was nice having the cabin of the boat to go down into when it just got too hot, they put in a great effort, changing baits and lures, and finding structure to fish around.

Crew was professional and very knowledgeable. Caught tons of fish, boat and equipment was top of the line. Would recommend to others and will book another trip next time we are here.
