Hi Morgan, I am truly disappointed that you are disappointed. The night before the trip, you said you were purchasing fishing licenses. We bought 3 scoops of live bait and had plenty of live bait. The live bait purchase usually takes 5 minutes, and the kids usually enjoy watching the process. The live bait dock is not my company, and I can’t control it if their employee is sleeping or in the restroom when we pull up to purchase bait- we gave you an additional 45 minutes to make up for the 25 minute wait to purchase bait. The new chum bucket lid came off, and we still used it without a lid giving your trip 2x the amount of chum - it was used.  We advertise that we catch our own bait on the trips so that we do not over promise. The chum bucket and live bait are both an Xtra expense that we choose to provide,  if possible,  as a courtesy. We drove by the seals for about a minute to show them to your children and stopped to fish near the red buoy where most anglers fish because of underwater structure that holds fish. I tried calling you twice right after the charter to get your feedback before I had any idea that your expectations were not met. We are good sports. Please call me and maybe we can take you out again.
The trip after yours we got on the fish again and caught 17 fish. Sometimes, no matter what bait or lures you have or how much chum you have, the fish just will not bite. I spoke to the guys this morning, and they have over 20 fish so far. Our equipment is new every season. Our crews are seasoned anglers who have been working alongside myself for 5 years now and have been fishing passionately since they were children. Good luck and good fishing.
